Holly Wu, REALTOR®, is a native San Diegan, and a committed mother of two. She has enjoyed a robust, multi-faceted career in the greater Housing and Lending industry, and has settled into an active, full-time role as a real estate agent for TriCastle Realty.
Holly was drawn to the industry at a young age. By 1998 she had developed a special niche for marketing, and began working as a marketing consultant and strategist for multiple local mortgage brokers. In the years that followed, her book of business blossomed and her industry knowledge grew and grew. She would go on to work with select brokers in originating mortgage purchase and refinance loans, and ultimately became a well-adept and successful loan officer in her own right. As the real estate market began to boom, so did Holly’s career. She soon grew into a management position, demonstrating the capability of overseeing dozens of loans in process simultaneously. She became a licensed notary, and then earned her Department of Real Estate salesperson’s license in 2004. Her ability to wear multiple hats and demonstrate multiple skill-sets had made her a sought after independent contractor in the real estate and lending world here in San Diego.
When the real estate and mortgage market began to turn for the worse, Holly diversified once again, and sought out specific training in short sale and home retention. Her skill-set has proven invaluable to TriCastle Realty, and she has gone on to serve a host of clients in desperate need of up-to-the-moment expertise in an ever-changing soft market dominated by short sales and foreclosures. Most recently, Holly appeared as a guest panelist on The Realty Insiders, San Diego’s very own Real Estate TV Program.
Holly has engaged in ongoing education through the Department of Real Estate, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and other reputable industry education leaders. She works in the field prospecting and showing properties on a weekly basis. She operates with integrity, confidence, expertise, and the same customer-first, “consumer-centric” philosophy that has defined TriCastle Realty.
